We Really Tried to Make it Happen

July 4th Festival kids boothIndependence Day Festival

The Independence Day Festival, which is typically held in Montgomery Park following the Independence Day parade is canceled this year. We did not feel we could safely adhere to the social distancing restrictions.

Bastille Day

One of the reasons we targeted June 1 as a decision day for upcoming events is we were holding out hope for our signature event of the year, Bastille Day scheduled for July 18.  For many reasons, the City had to make the gut-wrenching decision to cancel Bastille Day 2020.  We are deeply saddened to make this announcement but truly feel it is in the best interest and safety of everyone involved. However, we promise that next year’s Bastille Day will be bigger and better than ever.
