Per Ohio State law beginning with the 2016 tax year, taxpayers with tax liability in excess of $200.00 are required to declare an estimated tax liability for the upcoming year and remit quarterly payments. A declaration must be filed with the tax office by April 17 in order to receive quarterly statements.  The first quarter payment is due with the filing of the return, or by April 17 if a federal extension has been filed.  Subsequent payments are due June 15, September 15 and January 15, respectively.  Penalties may be charged for late payment of estimated taxes.

Returns must include all W-2 forms and the front page of the Federal 1040 form.  Returns without the required documentation will be considered incomplete and may be subject to delinquent charges.

For questions, please call 513-792-8333 and ask for the tax office.
