The Customer Service Department is located at City Hall at 10101 Montgomery Road. We can be reached by phone at (513) 891-2424, online or by email at customer_service@ci.montgomery.oh.us. Our hours are 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
A new Customer Service Department was established on October 2006 with a helpful service counter at City Hall. The department is a combination of functions from the Building Department, Front Desk and Information Technology.
The Customer Service Department will assist residents in such areas as renting a lodge, processing building permits, or assisting in navigating around the city's website, just to name a few!
