Customer Service
Matthew Vanderhorst Customer Service Director
The Customer Service Department is at City Hall at 10101 Montgomery Road. We can be reached by phone at (513) 891-2424, online or by email. Hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
The Customer Service Department manages building permits, event and class registrations, and lodge and park shelter reservations. In addition, the Customer Service Department also manages the technology infrastructure of the City that includes the web site and e-government services.
