Gerri Harbison - Mayor

Councilmember Harbison, her husband and family have been Montgomery residents since 1985. She was elected to Council in 1999. Gerri is a licensed realtor, a Hospice volunteer as well as a volunteer for Sycamore Schools. She was a member of the Bicentennial Commission in 1994-95 and has chaired the Montgomery 4th of July Festival in the Park since 1995, the Bastille Day Celebration in 1999 and the Sister Cities Commission from 1997-99 after joining Sister Cities in 1996. She was appointed Vice Mayor December 3, 2003.
Ken Suer - Vice Mayor

Councilmember Suer has been with Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development since 1974, holding various positions in instruction, counseling and administration. He has a Masters of Education degree from Xavier University, with a BS in Education from UC. Mr. Suer is a 12 year resident of Montgomery and has served on the Planning Commission for five years, and he has also served as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
Mark Combs

Councilmember Mark Combs and his wife have been Montgomery residents since 1983. He is currently the Court Administrator for the Court of Appeals, First Appellate District, but his legal career also includes 13 years as magistrate and court administrator for the probate court and 13 years practicing law. He is also a high school football official and serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Valley Football Officials Association.
Vicki Hirsch

Vicki E. Hirsch and her husband Don moved to Montgomery in the early 1970's after residences in the suburbs of numerous large cities and immediately began her dedication to the community as a career teacher at Montgomery School for some 30 years. She retired from teaching in 2003 to continue to serve the past four years as an elected member of the Sycamore Community School Board. Vicki brings wide experience in community service to the City of Montgomery with her work on the Landmarks Commission and serving on the 9 member Bicentennial Steering Commission. Since then, she has been a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals and has served that Board up to her recent election to City Council. Vicki worked as a chemist during WWII. She continues her interest in world affairs through global travels and World Affair Councils. She and Don have a son, a daughter, grand children and great grand children. She holds BS and MA degrees from the University of Wisconsin and the Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati.
Barry Joffe

Councilmember Barry Joffe has been a resident of Montgomery since July 1993. He and his wife, Melanie, have three children. The family was featured in the Great Neighborhoods Section of the Cincinnati Enquirer in October 2003, showcasing growing social diversity and the opportunities for community involvement in Montgomery. He served as Chair of the Civil Service Commission and in his professional capacity, Barry is District Managing Consultant for DBM Inc. (Drake Beam Morin) a leading global human capital and transitions consulting firm and a Certified Arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau.
Lynda Roesch

Councilmember Roesch is an attorney in the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl. Her practice focuses on trademark and unfair competition law as well as copyright and intellectual property law. Councilmember Roesch has actively worked with the U.S. House and Senate on laws relating to trademarks and the internet. Ms. Roesch is a ten year resident of Montgomery, and has served as a member of the Montgomery Arts Commission and the Public Art Committee.
Todd Steinbrink

Councilman Todd Steinbrink moved to Montgomery in 1998 with his wife, Carla and family. Having lived in the area since 1975, he is a graduate of Sycamore High School and Indiana University. Todd has spent 18 years providing financial and investment services to advisors and clients. He has served on City Council since 2003, having previously served on the Board of Zoning Appeals.
