The “Get Moving, Montgomery” program is designed to motivate
participants to be physically active and to promote healthy lifestyles of Montgomery residents by participating and tracking activities and receiving recognition and awards.
Participation in “Get Moving, Montgomery” is one way to meet the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans and to promote a healthier community!

Personal Wellness Profile Dates
Start with your wellness profile (required) that is FREE! Get to know your numbers—height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, body fat and flexibility.
Personal Wellness profiles can be completed on the first Saturday or first Tuesday of each month at TriHealth Fitness Pavilion. Call 985-6720 to schedule your wellness profile! Appointments available the first week of every month on Tuesday from 5 to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the TriHealth Pavilion.
Special wellness profile date: April 24 from 11am to 2pm at Montgomery Safety Center Open House (10150 Montgomery Road).
