Established in 1988, Montgomery's Sister Cities relationship with Neuilly-Plaisance, France
has grown into a nationally recognized award winning program. A committee of volunteers work to encourage this relationship with our friends from Neuilly-Plaisance, a suburb of Paris.
Cultural, educational, governmental, economic, and social exchanges facilitate the growth of friendships between Montgomery residents and the 18,000 residents of Neuilly-Plaisance.
