Municipal Pool
Anti slip paint product added to the Outdoor Pool
For user safety, an additional application of anti-slip material was added to the first ten feet of the zero-depth entry as well as the top two stairs of the pool. These areas are defined by a brighter blue color and make the transition area between the grainier anti-slip to the regular sloped area more apparent.
On Friday, May 30, the pool was drained down to expose the first ten feet of the zero-depth entry and the top two stairs. The surface was cleaned, left to dry completely and then cured. The pool was filled and reopened on Saturday, May 31. We apologize for the inconvenience of the pool closure on May 30.
