Tuesday, October 20
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Terwilliger Lodge in Dulle Park, located at 10530 Deerfield Road.

The open house will provide an opportunity for residents to review and provide input on the replacement of a four-way stop with a single-lane modern roundabout at the intersection of Pfeiffer Road and Deerfield Road. The purpose of implementing a roundabout at this location is to improve traffic flow, air quality, and safety.

Attendees will have a chance to learn about the proposed roundabout, pedestrian accommodations, and other design considerations while also providing feedback to the City and the design consultant Strand Associates. The City was successful in obtaining a Highway Safety Improvement Program grant for engineering and right-of-way acquisition and a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality grant for construction through the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Council of Governments and the Ohio Department of Transportation. Construction of the project is scheduled for the summer of 2022.

If you are not able to attend and would like to view the plans or provide feedback, please contact Gary Heitkamp, public works director, at 513-792-8321 or gheitkamp@montgomeryohio.org
