Recruiting Services The Beyer Group is a leading recruiting organization focusing on securing sales, sales management, marketing and operations management positions for companies of all sizes. We work for the employer by discussing detailed requirements for the position they would like to fill and then using various resources, including direct recruiting, will provide individuals for that employer to interview. Smaller orders (1-5 placements) are typically handled on a contingency basis. This means that there is no up front cost to conduct the search. The fee would only apply if the employer decided to hire the individual presented. Larger orders (5+) are typically handled on a retainer basis which would be applied against the commission for each hire.
